Retainer: A nonrefundable retainer totaling one-third of the final balance (or minimum of $1,350, whichever is greater) is required with submission of contract in order to reserve our services.

Rescheduling: If you reschedule your wedding and desire to re-book, the re-booking charges are as follows: From the day you inform us of your desire to re-book to the date of the original wedding—More than 9 months to the date of the original wedding–$250. 3 to 9 months to the date of the original wedding–$500. Less than 3 months to the date of the original wedding- $700.

Negative Return: Your negatives or digital files are delivered to you approximately 12 months after your wedding. Negatives are returned in protective sleeves. Copyright remains with the photographer. Negatives returned earlier than 12 months, but not sooner than 3 months after the wedding, are available at a $75/month charge.

Out of Town Weddings: The tri state region is considered local travel and includes up to 100 miles (roundtrip) at no additional charge. We can customize plans to accommodate travel to any location you desire. Travel days will be required for overnight stays and are charged at $350 each plus expenses to cover the cost of transportation, meals and lodging to a wedding located outside the tri state area.

Other Services
Rehearsal Dinner: Photographic coverage of your rehearsal dinner is $1,395 and includes up to 4 hours and 10 rolls of film or digital equivalent. Additional film is charged at $40 per roll.

Bridal Portrait: A pre-wedding bridal portrait session is available for $795, includes up to 4 rolls of film.

Engagement Photo: Engagement photographs with the bride or the bride and groom are available for $475. These photographs are suitable for newspaper publication and include 4 rolls of film.
